Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading company in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their operations. Responsibilities include ensuring a positive customer experience, processing orders accurately, managing customer communications, coordinating logistics and stock control, and providing feedback to customers on order delivery dates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a customer-first mindset

Salary: Between R10000 – R15000 

Location: Edenvale 

Minimum requirements:

Matric/Higher Education/Certificate/Diploma   

Highly motivated and determined individual 

Driver’s license required     

Based in Edenvale/Greenstone    

Commercial/Customer service mindset   

Previous Sales Experience     

Administration experience     

Logistics/Supply chain Experience    

Any industry Experience: Manufacturing / Mining / Production   

Works well with others and has a calm personality

Excellent communication skills (read and write)
