As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Retail Manager (Executive) to lead operations at a flagship showroom and retail hub. Salary: Highly Negotiable with Sales Incentives

Ideal Candidate Profile:
15+ years of progressive experience in retail management, ideally within automotive, technology, or high-volume retail sectors
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a hands-on, performance-driven approach
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms, sales dashboards, and inventory management tools
Deep understanding of used car retail or vehicle sales processes is a distinct advantage
Passion for the automotive industry and a valid driver’s license (essential)
