IT Support Technician
Our client is a distinguished, award-winning financial services group, regulated and operating across South Africa, Guernsey, Mauritius, and Botswana. With a team of over 85 professionals—spanning offices in the above jurisdictions, they specialise in fund services including administration, accounting, investor services, and multi-jurisdictional distribution. Their expertise supports both traditional and alternative fund structures and mandates, ensuring tailored solutions for a diverse client base.
Salary: R15k-20k per month- Total Cost to Company
Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Group Risk
Location: Sandton
Minimum requirements:
Relevant postgraduate qualification in IT
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure) and hybrid environments.
Proven ability to manage and execute IT projects.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
