Compliance Officer
Our client is a distinguished, award-winning financial services group, regulated and operating across South Africa, Guernsey, Mauritius, and Botswana. With a team of over 85 professionals—spanning offices in the above jurisdictions, they specialise in fund services including administration, accounting, investor services, and multi-jurisdictional distribution. Their expertise supports both traditional and alternative fund structures and mandates, ensuring tailored solutions for a diverse client base.
Salary:R30k-35k per month- Total Cost to Company
Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Group Risk
Location: Sandton
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications: A completed BCom/LLB degree, completed Regulatory Examinations 1
Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on Financial Services Providers (FSPs).
FSCA Compliance Approval: Advantageous
Policy and Training Expertise: Proven experience in drafting compliance policies, implementing them effectively, and conducting compliance training programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements – advantageous
Legislative and Regulatory Knowledge: A deep and thorough understanding of the relevant financial services legislation, policies, and practices, with a particular focus on the regulatory framework within the industry – advantageous
