Vehicle Sales Manager

Our client, who we are so proud to represent, is taking the automotive industry by storm. As one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in both retail and digital, they are in search of a Vehicle Sales Manager to lead operations at their showroom and retail hub. You’ll manage a team, drive customer engagement, and ensure the end-to-end car buying experience smooth, trustworthy, and aligned with the brand. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, cars, and team leadership.

Salary: R20,000 basic gross per month + Commission +Fuel allowance 

Location: Bramely JHB & Pretoria 

5+ years in vehicle sales; 2+ years in a management role.

Experience in vehicle auctions or wholesale trading is essential.

Strong leadership, closing, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Target-focused and thrives in high-pressure environments.
